The program included the participation of students in the construction of Kabakov's installation for San Francesco, "from the first sketch to the completion of the project". An absolute novelty of the 2000 edition was in fact the realization of the exhibition of the visiting professor in the same spaces as the end of the course exhibition, which gave life to an unprecedented interpenetration between the works of the young students and that of the master.
